BMW takes over 100% of car-sharing provider DriveNow

Probably in the run-up to the alleged Fusion of DriveNow and car2go, the BMW Group acquired 100 percent of the car-sharing provider DriveNow. So far, BMW and Sixt each held 50 percent of the shares of the company, which has risen in recent years in many regions of the leading car-sharing provider. Sixt was previously as an opponent of the merger of DriveNow and car2go, which is why the Acquisition of the Sixt shares by the BMW Group is no Surprise.
