NAIAS Detroit 2018: BMW M3 CS with 460 HP at Lime Rock Grey

With the BMW M3 CS celebrates one of the sportiest sedans in the long Tradition of the M GmbH to its appearance at the NAIAS in 2018 in Detroit. The limited special model is the strongest and fastest production M3 ever, and combines the advantages of the M4 in CS with the undeniable everyday qualities of the M3 F80 LCI. At the North American International Auto Show, the BMW M3 CS shines in a special paint Lime Rock, Grey, in addition, the CS will be in the colours White Alpine, San Marino Blue, Frozen offered in Dark Blue II and Black Sapphire.

Just like its two-door brother, the BMW M3 CS comes with a 460 HP and 600 Newton meters of strengthened variant of the well-known twin-turbo in-line six-cylinder S55. This allows the saloon in combination with the Launch Control of the standard built-in 7-speed-DKG to speed within 3.9 seconds from a standstill to 100 km/h – as the first serial production M3 ever, the special model is below the Four-second mark.
